Dr. Lu Xiao is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Information and Media Studies at Western University. Jill R. Kavanaugh Jill R. Kavanaugh is a Master of Library and Information Science candidate at Western University. Dr. Mary Beth Rosson, a member of the Canadian research team, is internationally known for her research and education in human-computer interaction. One of her research interests is end-user software engineering. She is a founding member of the EUSES Consortium (End Users Shaping Effective Software).

Dr. Agnes Sandor is also a member of the Canadian research team, and is a project leader at Xerox Research Centre Europe (XRCE). Her research activities have included the construction of morphological analyzers and part-of-speech taggers for English, French and Hungarian.
